Rescuers have retrieved another body from the collapsed residential building in Magnitogorsk, Russia, raising the death toll to 38, according to the Emergencies Ministry. The deceased was a woman, it said. Three people are still missing at this stage, and the search and rescue effort is in full swing. The house collapsed on December 31, with a gas leak being the likeliest cause of the tragedy.
