At least three militants have been killed on Thursday morning amid an ongoing security operation in Pulwama city in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, local news outlets report. An Indian soldier was also fatally wounded in the confrontation as troops of the Central Reserve Police Force, Rashtriya Rifles and Special Operations Group conducted a cordon and search operation. Internet access in the area reportedly remains cut off amid the ongoing security operation.
