Police in New York used a photo of actor Woody Harrelson to track down a lookalike beer thief, according to a report by Georgetown University researchers on the NYPD’s flawed facial recognition program.In a report called ‘Garbage In, Garbage Out’, Georgetown University’s Center on Privacy and Technology said the incident is just one example of the police department’s flawed software.
