The Russian delegation to the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland will be led by Economic Development Minister Maksim Oreshkin, Russia’s Energy Minister Aleksandr Novak said on Wednesday.Novak is also planning to take part in the annual business event.
