Shares in electric carmaker Tesla jumped 5.6 percent after the company announced that Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison and Walgreens Boots Alliance executive Kathleen Wilson-Thompson will join its board.According to Tesla, both Ellison, listed by Forbes magazine as the fifth wealthiest person in the US, and Wilson-Thompson were added to the board, effective Thursday. Ellison currently serves as executive chairman and chief technology officer of software giant Oracle, which he co-founded more than 40 years ago.
