NADIA Kassem has never needed more than 87 seconds to finish a fight.
Four appearances. Four wins.
All up, requiring a tick over two minutes to earn her way into the UFC.
Three months after initially being announced to make her Octagon debut, The Daily Telegraph can reveal 21-year-old Kassem will fight fellow Aussie Alex Chambers at UFC Fight Night Sydney.
And despite refusing to reveal the injury that saw her become an 11th hour withdrawal from UFC Auckland in June — “I don’t want opponents targeting it” — the Wentworthville fighter insists she will be close to 100 per cent come November 19.
“I’ve been working hard with my team, doing some cryotherapy too, so I’m sure I’ll be ready,’’ she said.
Incredibly, Kassem and Chambers were actually training partners two years ago, with the pair once enjoying a road trip to the Australian Institute of Sport.
“And Alex was really cool,’’ Kassem said. “This fight, it’s nothing personal.

“We didn’t train together a lot but we did share a car ride down to Canberra for some wrestling work. I still hadn’t made my amateur debut then but Alex, she was already in the UFC.
“I know she’s a lot more experienced than I am.
“She also has a purple belt in jujitsu. But boxing and kickboxing, I think that’s where I outdo her. I’m looking forward to fighting in front of a big home crowd.”
